About Us
Founders Beverly, Carita, Elisa, and Khadija Allen started Genetiques because for years our family has been inundated with countless questions surrounding our long silky hair, seemingly ageless skin, and unbelievably youthful appearance. We realized that throughout our lives we had never encountered any publicly accessible products that achieved the same results as the recipes and rituals handed down from our resourceful Jamaican born mother. That's why we decided to finally spill the secret and produce the products ourselves.
The family has been using these products for over 60 years and they have been consciously crafted and specifically formulated to suit the needs of the public by the Allen sisters themselves. Each product is heavily inspired by our Jamaican heritage. We believe that the world needs healing in so many ways. We want to be your provider for luxurious, clean, natural, and results-driven self care options.
All botanical products are handmade in small batches and delivered from East Atlanta, Georgia with love.

The Name
Made with love and care
The name "Genetiques" came about as a subtle nod to the short and common response co-founder Khadija Allen often gave when repeatedly asked about her haircare routine and the types of products she used. While the Allen sisters did naturally inherit amazingly full and luxurious tresses from their mother Beverly Allen, the real answer for maintaining such well-nourished hair was far more complex.
Throughout our lives several different environmental and internal factors can impact our hair and skin. This family is no stranger to any of them. We are now happy to share with the world the true secret of carefully blended herbal ingredients that help moisturize, maintain, strengthen, and re-grow gorgeous healthy hair.
From there, the family carefully developed an entire line of botanicals aimed at taking care of all of your hair, skincare, and spiritual wellness needs.
